Medical Tourism Travel Professionals Program

     As we set up an agency to become our marketing arm, it is critical that we use every available resource to assure that agency's success. They will be working all of the leads in their area from our 32 Internet sites, which quite simply has us placing our future success in the the hands of the licensed agencies that sign on with us.

     Immediately, we provide training and a $2000.00 package that includes customized brochures, stationary, business cards, and appropriate custom signage.

     Immediately, we will initiate a localized advertising program that will budget $2000.00 to some print, and mostly radio advertising, that we will negotiate to obtain radio talk show slots in each area.

     Immediately, we will develop a customized Internet site, with a front end environment that ties into all of our procedures database, showing this agency as the contact. This will also tie directly into our front end model, with a geographic click-on map taking visitors directly this each agency front page.

     Within 30 days, you will be tied into our customized and secure “back end”, where all of the lead tracking, and clients management system resides. This password entrance area will be developed specifically for each agency, and have "area specific" passwords that can be assigned to each client. We will be requesting specific information that is protect by privacy regulations, and this area of the site complies with that requirement.

     Within 30 days, you will be assigned a Global Surgery Network client coordinator, and a number to reach this person (or someone equally qualified) 24-7.

     We will install the technology necessary to provide toll free access directly to the patient coordinators in our host countries, and have the ability to do video conferencing from their office, or with a 3rd party participant (the client) at their home computer. Similar to “go-to-meeting”, but branded as our own secure system..

     Training will be ongoing, and support will be constant. Every Medical Tourism client that you work with is important to us, and we'll customize communication and data systems that coordinate with the specific needs of every agency.

     We will continue with marketing, advertising, and promotions as necessary until each agency has establish their identity as THE local Medical Tourism provider.

     Initially, we are dealing with elective clients from the public sector, which mostly involve dental and cosmetic procedures. Part of our initial campaign  is introducing the availability of our products to the local medical community. Quite often, local physicians are dealing with uninsured or under-insured patients, and they are becoming more and more acceptable to outsourcing in order to get the procedure accomplished. They still do the pre and post surgery work, and our clients can even qualify for financing. This opens a new opportunity for them to “do no harm...” and provide healing that otherwise could not be accomplished.

     Legal Protection ???  You betcha... The Medical Tourism sector of your agency will become its own LLC, and as such, as long as you are working as our agents, following our protocol, you are  Licensed Agents of Global Surgery Providers. Your agency is protected under out umbrella policy.

     Lastly... Medical Tourism IS rapidly becoming excepted by self-insured employers as well as the insurance industry itself. The providers we use overseas are as qualified as any USA facilities and physicians, and the 50% savings is more than enough for them to incentivsize this to the patient with a family member traveling along, reduced (or no) co-pays, and deductibles, and even extra vacation time to recover. To them, it's all about delivering an expectable product and saving money.

     THIS is the market that we are building to serve... and THIS is where we need our local agencies in the picture. These B2B clients want to have a “client coordinator” in the hometown of their patients, and these agencies will become that contact person. (this is where we AND you have the marketing advantage over the dozens of regional and nations based facilitators who just don't get that.

     All in all, we do not want to make money on the licensing end – that's not what we do for a living. We are focused on delivering the best Medical Tourism product to every client, and being able to market and distribute this product on a local contact level.  MEDICAL TOURISM IS A TOUR PRODUCT, WITH A MEDICAL COMPONENT IN THE MIDDLE... WHO BETTER TO PROMOTE THIS INDUSTRY THAN THE TOURISM INDUSTRY... But NOT without a qualified and competent Medical Tour Operator in the picture !

     The COMMISSIONS that we are building into this will allow our agents a commissions of at least 10% (that might become slightly less when we have no marketing costs with B2B clients...). That percentage will increase as volume increases, and we are then better able to get discounts from our providers. We're building this very similar the existing Wholesale Tourism Marketplace - think of this as a boutique, niche specific product. (the founder of Global Surgery Providers is a 20 year veteran as a leisure tour operator... )

     The more you learn about this industry, the more you will think you could be doing this all by yourself. That's what we thought... and after 3 years, we learned that to “do it right”, we need to formalize this distribution channel. We have equal to, or more experience than any Facilitator in the Med Tour Industry. We are the ONLY company in this industry that is moving to expand our reach to agencies at a  local marketing level, and we're  “all in” on this bet. We're  confident that those who join us will see this as one of the best business opportunities that they did not ignore !

     Territories are being established and prices based on demographics and population, and those investments are being MORE than supported by training, hard reinvestment back into your business, all of our leads, and the opportunity to become part of what today is a $5 Billion industry, expected to grow to $20 Billion in the next 5 years.
